I was glad to see so many McAfee partners on last week’s Q1 Global Channels Webcast. If you were unable to attend the event, I encourage you to watch the replay and visit the McAfee Partner Portal for new and updated resources, tools, and programs.

As McAfee President Mike DeCasare noted on the call, our “Better Connected” strategy is working. Together we’re driving disruptive growth and profitability. Simply put, it’s a great time to be a McAfee partner.

Here’s why: Top partner growth is up 17% overall with Commercial segment business up 35% and new business growing in the strong double-digits. Add to those numbers the fact that we doubled Deal Registration and it’s clear that we have strong momentum.

In 2014 we’re going to continue to focus on becoming Better Connected with you and on winning with Security Connected. We’re investing in new routes to market and focusing on growing our share of Endpoint, NGFW, and SIEM—markets that respectively represent opportunities of $8.7B, $1.5B, and $4.6B respectively by 2016.

And in order to execute better, we’re optimizing technical enablement by adding post-sales curricula to improve implementation services for your customers. You told us what you need and we’re making it happen. As Lisa Matherly, vice president, WW Partner Programs, Marketing, and Operations, noted, we have new demand generation kits, Continuing Education resources, Rewards, and upcoming sales webcasts that are designed around our key themes of investing in you, growing with you and optimizing for you.

2014 is all about being Better Connected so please be sure to familiarize yourself with the latest updates and resources designed to grow your business with us. Again, for more details watch the replay and visit the McAfee Partner Portal.

Together we can.
