Was this posting truncated? I'm only seeing sections 3 & 4 - "General attack ways" and "Attacks case" but I don't see any description about how to reduce SNS threats. We currently block SNS, but it is inevitable that we will be pressured to open access, so I am interested in learning how to mitigate the risks.
